On Sunday, my wife and I purchased Jeff Davis and Pierce's Pride tomatoes at the Tomatomania event (http://www.tomatomania.com/) in Beverly Hills.
We came there to pick up tomatoes for a friend of mine. I saw the Jeff Davis tomato and had to have it -- that tomato plant wasn't at the main Tomatomania event in Encino two weeks prior.
So I picked that up and my wife picked up Pierce's Pride.
I planted 'em last night in the back yard.
