Today's harvest includes 15 Snow White(2), 5 Snow White(1), 2 Dr. Wyche's Yellow (8.5 ounces, 10 ounces) and Husky Gold for a total of 23 tomatoes.
We had windstorms during the afternoon and evening hours yesterday. The wind knocked things around, as you can imagine. Green Zebra(2) was knocked to the ground, but it had a lean before the wind. Our green tarp on top of our new patio cover ripped from the corner tied to a rope. Unused metal tomato cages were tossed around. Our fence on the west side surrounding the “koi pond” has more of a sag because several of the staples came out of one of the posts where the fence was held. That's why I found more ripe Snow White tomatoes – the two plants had slightly moved, exposing different areas.
We've now harvested exactly 5600 tomatoes from the front yard this year.
