Harvested Persimmon!

Today's harvest includes 31 Matt's Wild Cherry, 15 Husky Cherry Red(1), 11 Snow White, 9 Husky Cherry Red(2), 7 Jaune Flamme, 7 SunGold(1), 6 Haley's Purple Comet, 5 Sweet Carneros Pink, 5 Vorlon (6 ounces, 10.5 ounces), 4 Golden Mama, 4 SunSugar, 4 Southern Night, 3 Black Seaman(2) (6 ounces), 3 Black And Brown Boar, 3 Black Krim(1), 2 Porkchop, 2 Indian Stripe, 2 Bloody Butcher, 2 Green Grape, 2 Stupice, 2 Garden Peach, 2 Pink Berkeley Tie Dye (8 ounces, 9 ounces), 2 Cassidy's Folly, 2 Quedlinburger Fruehe Liebe, 2 Large Pink Anna(2) (6 ounces), Persimmon (19.5 ounces) (new), Dr. Wyche's Yellow (11.5 ounces), Paul Robeson(2) (16 ounces), Crimson Cushion(2) (6 ounces) for a total of 141 tomatoes.

Today's count is nearly a 30 percent drop from yesterday's total. Did we top out? We'll see. There will be plenty of plants with a second wind so I believe our totals will be strong this year -- but again time will tell.

The harvested Persimmon, Paul Robeson and Pink Berkeley Tie Dye are beautiful tomatoes.

Yesterday morning I added fertilizer to the container plants. My wife watered it in for SunSugar.

Several more tomato plants are ready to be pulled.

Black From Tula and Black Seaman(1) have maturing tomatoes.
