Many Tomato Plants With Growing Tomatoes!

I've started a blog post a couple of times but never finished it. I'll try again...

In case I haven't mentioned it, we're up to 73 tomatoes planted in pots or in the ground. This does not count the volunteer growing in the front yard gutter.

My wife deep watered all the tomatoes over a three day period last week. She was also straightening out the cages from time to time.

On Friday evening I took a closer look at the tomato plants. We've got more tomatoes! Golden Mama now has four tomatoes. Both Husky Cherry Red tomato plants in the corner office had three tomatoes. SunGold had a couple tomatoes. Black Cherry had two tomatoes. Matt's Wild Cherry had at least 9 tomatoes growing on it. Bloody Butcher had a couple tomatoes growing. And this is just the front yard.

In the back yard Black Krim had a tomato. Quedlinburger Fruehe Liebe had at least six tomatoes growing. Jaune Flamme had two tomatoes growing on it. The volunteer even had two tomatoes growing on the vines.

I took a similar tour on Sunday evening. Haley's Purple Comet had a tomato. Matt's Wild Cherry clearly had more than nine tomatoes growing but I didn't count them. Creme Brulee had a tomato growing on the vine. In the back yard, Green Doctor's Kiwi, Green Grape, Jaune Coeur de Pigeon, Lime Green Salad and Honkin' Big Black Cherry had tomatoes.

The tomato plants look great. They're really growing and looking strong.
